Yin Yoga has become increasingly popular. This practice is the stillness counterpart to yang practices like Ashtanga, vinyasa, and yoga sculpt. Yin Yoga invites students to find stillness in our fast-paced world. This practice invites students to hold postures for between 2-5 minutes to go deeper into their practice through the body, mind, and spirit.

Whether you are getting started or building on foundational knowledge, this 25-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training certification program provides a fulfilling immersion into this practice, its history, philosophy, and much more. ​

This training is COHORT-based, so you will train and learn collectively as a group. You will have access to the course material and any additional resources through the course portal!

Cancellations Before the Training Begins:
-
If you cancel 14 days or more before Day 1 of the training, you will be refunded the full amount
-
If you cancel between 7 and 13 days before Day 1 of the training, you will be refunded the full amount minus a $150 administrative fee.

After payment has been received, if notice of cancellation is given 7 days before Day 1 of Teacher Training, a refund will not be possible but if requested in writing, an account credit will be applied to a future Teacher Training Program. Credit will only be valid towards the same training and will have an expiration time frame of two years from the starting day of the missed training. Credit will not be valid towards any other purchases. Non-transferable.

If we receive your cancellation request less than 7 days before Day 1 of Teacher Training, on the day of, or anytime thereafter, a refund or credit will not be possible under any circumstances.
